Terms of Service

By accessing or using GhostWriters's website, APIs, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

By registering for an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ghostwriters.pro if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to disable any account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

One person may not maintain more than one free account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits is prohibited.

GhostWriters grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service - Use the Service to build a competing product or service - Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service - Circumvent any rate limits, credit limits, or technical restrictions - Attempt to access other users' accounts or data - Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

You agree not to submit content or prompts that:

- Are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory - Infringe on any intellectual property rights - Contain malware, viruses, or any malicious code - Violate any individual's right to privacy - Generate or distribute CSAM (child sexual abuse material) — violations will be reported to relevant authorities - Are used to deceive or defraud others

We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts and report users who engage in prohibited conduct to law enforcement.

You understand that the Service uses AI models (including OpenAI's GPT-4o and image generation models) to generate outputs. These outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for any AI-generated content you use, publish, or distribute.

GhostWriters does not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, reliable, or fit for any specific purpose. Do not rely on AI outputs as professional legal, medical, financial, or technical advice.

The Service, including all software, branding, design, and content (excluding user-submitted inputs), is owned by GhostWriters and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By using the Service, you grant GhostWriters a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your submitted content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You grant GhostWriters no rights to use your inputs for training AI models, marketing, or any commercial purpose beyond service delivery.

Paid plans are billed monthly or as one-time lifetime payments through Paddle, our payment processor.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect lifetime plan holders.

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by emailing support@ghostwriters.pro. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period (monthly plans) or immediately (at your request).

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for: - Violation of these Terms - Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity - Non-payment - Extended account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GHOSTWRITERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages - Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities - Damages resulting from AI-generated content - Service interruptions or technical failures

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GHOSTWRITERS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GhostWriters operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
